Is this attack move thing what I think it is? An example is when Shadow Shaman's wards are right in front of you, you attack move and go right past them. I always found that annoying.

yes. it happened with creeps and jungle creeps too. instead of targeting the creep in front of you it goes for another one further away. even if the one closer to you has lower hp

Restored boot to default (2 commands didn't work: bcdedit /deletevalue nointegritychecks
bcdedit /deletevalue loadoptions)
Made sure DEP is on
Added steam folder to except folder in AVG
Ran steam as admin
TF2 works fine on VAC servers
Deleted folder <PATH_TO_STEAM>/appcache/
Reinstalled Dota

So it's only for Dota? Will try CS:GO tomorrow. Really have no idea how to fix this shit.
