Tusk wanted to buy a Rapier and I told him not to against a Medusa. I'm glad he didn't.
Bone 7 coach sure will do wonders..... not
One of the longest games I've played was with a 7 slotted Medusa who had 2 rapiers at one point and we still didn't win. Granted we were against a Spectre.Every time lmao.
If you lose it, that's game over.
Rapier is too much of a liability.
Nami at the forefront + Sarada top left + Ochako top rightI can actually only name Erina and Kiyoko
#baka

Is a fully slotted Sniper the hardest hero to siege against though? At least you can reach a Medusa.
Really you just need to ask yourself a series of questions if you want to buy a rapier:Every time lmao.

I play a good amount of TA, if you link some games I might be able to help you.I'm onto attempt #6 of my all hero challenge with Templar now and it's depressing as fuck. I've hated playing so much today that for the first time I'm seriously considering deleting Dota, it's just not healthy.
Thank you! Here's my most recent game for example: https://www.dotabuff.com/matches/2992274340I play a good amount of TA, if you link some games I might be able to help you.
Well, first of all lets talk about your items. Desolator is good, and core on her, but you really need a mobility item on her. Blink is best, and usually recommended. It is necessary because the Meld hit is so easy to whiff, and it is the main source of your damage. You can blink on someone, Meld and hit easily. Dragon Lance you can also make a case for, but IMO there are better items for her. Some people like Treads on her, but I prefer Phase because of the move speed and damage. She is more reliant on damage than attack speed, since you want those big Meld hits, as well as the Refraction hits. Depending on the game you might want BKB.Thank you! I really have no idea what I'm doing. I even looked up 'how to play' videos and watched a few of them, but still feel utterly hopeless in every game with her I can't do much meaningful damage and I'm super squishy.
15th 9k'erForev is the first offlaner to hit 9k mmr apparently...
Imagine if he was still in secret...
Thank you so much! I'm going to have another go at playing with Templar now I tried blink a couple of times and they were by far my worst (I think one game I did like 4k damage, and went 0-12) but you're right that mobility is a big issue with her, and I like the idea of phase boots rather than treads.Well, first of all lets talk about your items. For your skill build, leave a value point in Psi Blades. Extending range seems appealing, but you can easily manipulate the lane with one point. Max Refraction like you were doing, then Meld. With one point in Psi Blades at 1 or two, you can use your positioning to hit the enemy hero with pure damage and get last hits and denies. Watch creep health and be ready at the right angle to try to get a LH/Deny and hit your opponent at the same time.
Use traps liberally, mark common spots opponents will go through. Put one in Rosh pit, put them on rune spots, etc. For what it's worth, they do NOT block neutral camps.
For the most part, your core is Phase, Blink, Deso.
Edit: one more thing, remember that blink is not cancelled if a damage instance hits your Refraction. This means if a Veno gales you, you can still blink as long as it hasn't ticked through all your Refraction charges.
Is anyone going to offer a serious challenge to Empire in the CIS quals?
If you need more farm, stacking camps and knocking them down with Psi Blades is an option. Particularly with ancients.Thank you so much! I'm so bad with the traps that I've pretty much given up on levelling them, I guess I should get one point though because they were useful at slowing escaping enemies in my last game, and I like the idea of putting them in the rosh pit, on runes etc.
That's super useful to know about refraction and blink dagger too, thank you!
I think one thing I'm really lacking is farm, judging by the amount of net worth I usually have almost the lowest in game, so I'll focus on that a lot too
Edit: It's going badly again x_x I'm going to try and support to mitigate my damage to the team. This is awful.
I'm finally free, finally done with FFXV.
Now to free up some time to play some doto and enjoy LPQ
