At this point I'd suggest taking everything apart and going bit by bit back up to a full build.
CPU and 1 stick of ram only (assuming you have video out on your motherboard) up to full ram, then the GPU (make sure to plug in the extra power most GPUs require)
If it works at one step and doesn't work at the next you know what the issue is.

It means Europeans should spend less time talking about how they deserve more invites to stuff and more time earning them.Every support seems to be European. PPY/PLD, Zai/Cr1t and Jerax/Fly.
