Alright.. It's official. I am LOVE this series. Last week's creepy ass episode was going great, until you found out it was a cliff hanger going into this week. Now this week's episode ALSO was another kick ass yet creepy episode. Though I don't get what is up with the american guy.. kind of weird, guess I didn't think there were a lot of American actors on british television.

though I have to be honest. next week's episode HARDLY has me excited. the aliens who fart to me are the dumbest thing of this season, and it seems those will be (at least) 3 of the 13 episodes this season. what a waste for our only Eccleston episodes. :(

I loved Episodes 9 and 10 (truly creepy), and I agree that next week's episode looks like crap (I hate the farting aliens, ugh, I thought they were dead, why bring them back).

The rift mentioned is the same Gelth one from episode 3 - The Unquiet Dead. I'm expecting a darker episode then Aliens of London, or at least I hope it will be. Slitheen looked better animated.

I liked the Slitheen episodes, the first ones I actually enjoyed! Not seen the last two, I, uh, have them on tape and haven't got round to watching them yet.

Don't worry. That will change
in the episode where the Doctor gets trapped in the Big Brother house and one of the companions appears on a version of The Weakest Link hosted by a robot Anne Robinson.

I really hope that was a joke

It's not that
the Doctor is trapped in the Big Brother house
, it's that they are
trapped on the Bad Wolf TV channel
, and that is one of the sub plots used in it. I wouldn't imagine you'll see a lot of footage from that other than in the bumper.

there are many parts of the show that look stupid out of context in the preview.. I will wait to see the actual show. if it is stupid....... oh well. But I can say I honestly love this show right now. so we'll have to see.

what really sucks is that my internet rips are the best I'll ever see because as soon as it's brought over here, I'll either get it fukk screen, or letterboxed on a 480x480 resolution on DirecTV. :(

With the exception of the first two episodes, I've rather liked this run of Dr. Who. It's a nice change of pace not having a SF show that takes itself too seriously. I'll agree that the Russel T. Davies episode's have been the weakest of the series, they are by no means horrifically bad as say almost every season of Andromeda has been.

It's a shame that no one in a America picked up this show, I think it's pretty accessible to an audience whether it be on SCI-FI as part of their Friday line-up or if Fox or WB put it on the tail end of their cartoon line-up, as well as PBS.

Final episodes are set on Platform 5 - where the Simon Pegg Long Game episode was set. With the Daleks waiting in the wings to reveal their masterplan. :D

I have to admit to never watching an entire Dr. Who episode. I remember as a kid always seeing previews to upcoming shows with the older Dr. Who Tom Baker, and although I've watched a few minutes of shows, never actually gotten into this series. It's weird that there's suddenly this huge interest in the show once again. I've had friends asking me if I've been watching the new series.
