Is everyone sure that Trunk's time travel shenanigans didn't actually change Goku? His actions, mannerisms, and saying "I'm evil huh, interesting" during the test tournament have been rather odd lately. The voice actor was even doing Goku Black's voice during Goku's conversation with Frieza. The intro with his evil grin doesn't help either.

Also benching Majin Buu twice has got to sting for some fans hoping he would finally fight.

Toppo is the candidate for next GoD of his universe, but Jiren is stronger than him in spite of that. So, it seems possible he might be the one Whis mentioned there.

There's still many levels for Goku to get through. There's the Angel tier, which is also above God of Destruction level, and then there's those "Five Strongest Guys" Tier that the Grand Priest is in which is probably on a whole nother level above Angel.

Well, it's either that or the "Ooooh, Big Sis is just sooo cool (and therefore too good for anyone else)" trope.

It should be noted though that the term Caulifla uses for Kale also has the double meaning of "Lil Sis"- in that "she is considered a little sister" as well as protégé.

They're gonna snitch on them to Universe 11 and Toppo to get them riled up and blitz Universe 7 first and hope that U7 wears out U11 for them.

I feel like the only relationship that's been done well in Dragon Ball was Vegeta and Chichi.

Gohan and Videl was handled poorly. Goku and Videl was handled poorly. 18 and Krillin was handled alright, but was then handled poorly the arc after, and now switches from being done right to being done poorly.

Doesn't logically make sense if you think about it.

For a guy to be that strong, you would think Beerus or Whis would have mentioned by now that there is someone in the tournament who is stronger than any GoD and plan accordingly.

I mean, Beerus should be shitting bricks about being erased. Far more than what we've seen in the show.

This is what I'm guessing and also why I also believe that even with the U6 Saiyans that most of the interaction between them and U7 Saiyans will be before the tournament begins and they won't really cross paths much when the actual fighting starts. Despite the big powerups for U6 they'd still get dropped by Goku, Vegeta, Freeza and Gohan easily.

With those four engaging U11 it'll also Cabba, Caulifla and Kale a chance to shine elsewhere.

There were none. Just high powered regular saiyans. Cabba and Caulifla would probably both be a match for Freeza in Z in base form. Maybe even stronger enemies.

Yea, great new characters! Caulifla is quickly turning into my one of favorite characters in the show. Lover her design. Cabba is pretty cool. Wish they would make him buff, with a better outfit and not a twig. Kale is also pretty interesting.

On a side note, I noticed on youtube, multiple channels that were showing sub streams of Super were getting like 30,000 plus live views. That's nuts!! So awesome to still see the Dragonball franchise be so damn popular after all these years!
