The goal is probably fighting the strongest people ? I have no idea.
 
Is that suit something you unlocked or something you could pick from the start ?

Also, how did you change the japanese subtitle ? You have Jager twice

The costumes are different depending on your race it looks like. (I don't think there are unlocks)

As for the subtitle, I changed it when I first went through the creation.

..wish I put something else now.
 
I'm actually really excited for Gohan's revival one of the best thing about him is I think more than any other DBZ character he really makes power looks cool and believable, ssj2 never looked as cool by any of the other characters as when Gohan did it, hell even though we're expected to beleive ssg and blue and million times more impressive it still haven't been sold as strongly as Gohan punching people in 2 and bringing Cell to his knees with one punch and it was the same but admittedly slightly less impressive as his Mystic form

I keep putting in Battle IDs from this thread and it tells me it can't find them. Why this happen

Edit: Oh wait, names aren't Battle IDs. Where do you find Battle IDs?

Battle IDs are the 6 digit, all caps codes.

Also, boo at it not having skin colour options. :|
 
Well I almost hit level 3, now I'm out of battles apparently.

In other news the guy who wrote the last two episodes said he started writing a new episode and it apparently has "The most funny fight", he gave no indication if the episode he was writing was for this arc or not, though he did say he's dedicating his holiday (Golden Week) to writing the episode, poor guy.
He also said that all of the fights in the tournament of power are exciting, though that's pretty much what all the marketing fluff has been saying anyways.

I'll make sure to get some beer and pop corn for tomorrow's episode. Not planning to party and I have no stuff from University so I'm free to play Horizon all day and watch DBS at night. Can't wait!

Fixed, but yea. Considering Gohan's always had the best gains in the series so it wouldn't be too shocking for him to shoot up real quick.

Well anyway it's not like 17 was put under any stress.

It's not paying attention to all they've been doing to think it's going to be a straight "omg who's strongest lolz" competition, when they are clearly blurring the hell out of lines.

They're in the same ball park, enough to win against one another thanks to their trump cards/ strategies. Which is the best thing that could happen to Dragon Ball IMO. (better than all the shitty one sided battles / power levels)

But if you want my personal opinion, there's not gonna be a top 3 that's only saiyans.

And I'd like to point out that everything I've theorized and wanted has come true so far, even the craziest things :p .
 
So while I've been keeping up with the thread, I haven't actually been watching the episodes. I just watched from the beginning of the U7 vs. U9 prelims to the Goku vs. Krillin/18 episode, and...

Man, the direction and animation and basically everything has shot up dramatically. Even the best animated Black arc episodes have more dips in quality than the average ep nowadays. The pacing feels much less rushed, too. I'm really loving it.

The episode after 17's introduction was a drop in terms of pacing, it's because that was basically like the filler episode of Krilin and Gohan before this arc, but they couldn't fit it anywhere else since 17 wasn't introduced.

It's not a big deal though since it was a self contained chapter and had some decent moments despite being classic. In a binge mode there's no problem, while the Gohan stans lost their minds having to wait another week hehe.

That being said, episode 85 was literally that too before 17's return so whatever.

Yeah. The Goku vs Krillin scene was probably the (at least one of) best animated fight in the series even if it only lasted a couple of minutes.
