Blue is stronger and faster than. red but red takes less energy and he wanted to maintain stamina

In order, yes, no, & I don't recall within the series proper, but we see God in Resurrection: F & the manga before now.

Despite having a less ominous name, Super Saiyan Blue is to Super Saiyan God what Super Saiyan was to, well... Saiyan. That's why its original name was Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan, but they rolled back on that after realizing how ludicrous that sounded (Frieza even calls it out in the dub).

Their power reserves can go down with enough punishment, but unless that happens their infinite stamina more or less ensures their power won't diminish.
