Is Zenkai running on ps3 hardware? It should be an easy port then, I wonder why we didn't get it yet...

Yes, Zenkai is running on the board based on PS3 hardware. We probably haven't seen a port due to Scamco wanting to slowly update the arcade game's roster, and of course, not hurt Ultimate Tenkaichi.
