Gonna say it now: Square-Enix's place is in high-quality AA, not AAA. Something like this looks
infinitely more charming than FF XVI, will sell a lot more, and very likely costed a crap ton less to make.
I think the test if they continue laborious AAA budgets for future FF games depends on Part 3's market performance, and that's a reason I'm 100% certain it's not going to be a timed exclusive with the way SE's been moving these days.
DQVII is one of those classics I've yet to play, but this looks like the best version to go with for a first time.
