A forthcoming report conducted by law students from Seton Hall University concludes that racial profiling and targeting of non-residents in traffic stops is occurring in Bloomfield, a majority-white municipality which borders Newark, New Jersey. While the study found that a disproportionate number of black and Latino drivers, most of whom were passing through town, were issued tickets in October 2015, the Bloomfield Police Department maintains that race is not a factor.

No date yet, but this certainly looks very interesting depressing.

this shit always happens, on friday night a cop followed me for 15 miles and then once he saw me turn into an apartment complex he pulled a u turn in the middle of the street.

On another instance i was pulled over in a "nice" neighborhood because "son you look like you don't belong here are you lost?

Basically it's disproportionately black because they are all criminals and hood looking.
