Remember Marsupilami? He used to be a buffer for the Disney afternoon block and then got his own show.

I had 2 of his bendable figures I enjoyed. They were very posable.

That was one of them.

The show itself wasn't as great.

Bonkers and Marsupilami was where the Disney lineup lost all goodness. By that time the Disney shows had been outdone by the WB toons like Animaniacs anyways.

You then got to purchase different play equipment for Hewy, Dewy, and Lewie and you could watch them play on it? I played it in primary school in computing class. Can't remember if it was a PC game or what.

Darkwing Duck was by far the best show of them... Then Ducktales... Then Chip n Dale.. And Tale Spin or Gargoyles I never really liked, I think my dislike for them had to do with the art in the show. Oh yeh and Bonkers and Marsupilami were horrible. Totally unwatchable.

It's an entire genre in Japan and makes up a big chunk of kids toons that you'll see. There's a number of reasons for it but that's a conversation for another thread.

You're remembering Donald Duck's Playground, which I played the hell out of on my old Commodore 64. It was an awesome Sierra game that was, strangely enough, programmed by Al Lowe, the man behind Leisure Suit Larry.

Back to Disney cartoons, I used to come home from school every day and watch Ducktales, Tale Spin, Darkwing Duck, and Chip 'n Dale. I remember being so fucking pissed off coming home one day to see that they were showing some fuck in his white Bronco instead of those cartoons.
