You know...people might pile on me but I dont think we need Diddy Kong Racing. Mario Kart covers all the mutli surface party racing needs at the moment. F-Zero I can see, and same for Wave Race, since they would still offer a totally different experience.

Diddy Kong Racing could have actual single player content, though. Unlike Mario Kart 8...

No. Square starts 9 minutes after Nintendo ends. Nintendo is starting their Treehouse stream right after though, so that will be simultaneous with Square.
