It was clear the Pats guy had it though, the whistle should have blown, there shouldn't have been a mess. No one was around the guy who had it and was down, Bradshaw came in late and just ripped it out. This happens way too often.

Eli is panicking now. He needs to calm down. I dont think hes ready for a superbowl yet. Gotta credit him for getting here, but hes up against some veterans. Hes screwing up on very crucial plays and thats not what a SB winning QB does typically.

i agree that this is how it should be

but i'm sure you've seen the millions of times where the team who has the ball at the end doesn't always get possession

As dumb as it was, can't possibly touch the Anti-Drug had from a few years back that had a girl who got knocked up because she and her friends got high.


During a 4 hour beer commercial.


That spot still brings about a hatred in me that can only be matched by seeing Peyton Manning, Tony Dungy, and the Colts.

Hey I'm with you on the "FUCK THE PATRIOTS," I just don't like that rule. If someone is clearly in possession of the football and on the ground, blow the whistle, no need to wait for a 10 man pile up.

I didn't say that's how it should be, just said that's how it is. It should be that whoever gets possession of the ball keeps it. If you can't tackle the QB and then punch him in the ribs until he drops the ball while he's on the ground, you shouldn't be able to do the same thing on a fumble.


On a side note, seriously, you're going to buy a fucking super bowl ad and not broadcast it in HD? I don't know who this commercial is for, but you aren't getting my money based on principle alone.

edit: Cool, it was GMC. They were never getting any of my money anyway.
