Andy doesn't really strike me as a customer-centric employee. He's always snapping at the blog comments. No matter how full of shit they are, they're still supposed to be treated with respect because they're effectively paying your bills. So he's pretty much a perfect fit for the SCEE store team!
Maybe he's a really great guy in real life though, but the dreadful work atmosphere there brings out the worst in him. They should get Grace Chen over there to sort some shit out and show them how it's done.

Good deal but the game isn't all that and i've played it a million times.

You guys in UK got to realize that you have cheapest new games known to man. Here in eastern europe there is no discount to new games, unless they go platnium... they will keep them at full price forever.
obviously if people buy a lot of them then it works really well for SCEE. Why would they lower the pricing even more?
Does anybody know if there are those Capcom DRMs in this release?
Play.com has it for basically the same price.

Except the complete edition comes with all the DLC released with the game. The Missing Link costs about half the amount the bundle is now going for, so it does work out as a good deal.

200 SEK, yes. 399 SEK is the price on PSN.
And yeah, didnt think of the DLC, but 200 SEK DLC? Would not have bought (i rarely buy DLC anyway), so it's the opposite of a good deal for me at least.
