i mean, imagine if you stub your toe or something - it hurts a lot right away, even if it's not serious and the pain fades quickly - that genuine burst of pain + refs never punishing diving/acting + the chance if you sell it well you can get your opponent a penalty means more often than not you're going to over exaggerate.
