Body modeling is a strange world. Often people are modeling only specific body parts. So you would have one "face" model in a "bath" but her hands and feet are actually from two other people who are off camera, holding soap. Or have the hand model brushing the face model's teeth for a toothpaste ad. The perfect human basically don't exist, but we can get close by using multiple people and put them together.

As far as plastic surgery goes the only thing she might have is breast augmentation...maybe some botox ? If needed because shes quite young... the rest is all her brother. She has a pretty slim natural body and a face with the race characteristics, I cant spot any other glaring procedures. So ... you really can thank God because shes well made.
