Yeah, it's retarded. I don't know why dudes are so fucking stupid about this stuff now. If the model for Horizon or a TLoU character showed up at Naughty Dog and looked at some behind the scenes stuff with the director literally no one would be critizing it. Nothing against the Stellar Blade model and I liked the game a lot but the body shown here is actually pretty normal and ain't anything special.

There's those funny fat jokes on the U.S from other countries but as someone that actually lives here and in a big city. There's plenty of folks in great shape and looks good.

It's not far off, and it's ironic you bring up using anecdotes considering I'm the only one who didn't use an anecdote, I used the actual statistics. And, yes, the US is fatter, but there are multiple European countries as well as places like Australia, Canada, the UK, etc. that are filled with women pushing 160 Ib averages. 35 year old women who weigh 120 Ibs, or less, don't exactly grow on trees anymore. Percentage wise, they are an extreme minority.
