I forget what scene it was and I don't even remember the movie, but I remember tearing up in Mrs. Doubtfire at a friends house. There must have been some sappy scene near the end I felt sad.
All the time.
You know men cry too. I actually like crying sometimes. It feels good.
couple of times during David Lynch's wonderful Disney film The Straight Story. i watched that once with my best friend, really high, and by the time he met up with Harry Dean Stanton, lol we were both crying. so good.
They mean with your eyes.
Pet movies get to me a little too. Maybe that is why the How to Train Your Dragon movie got meTHIS FUCKING MOIVE! I refuse as a 32 year old man to watch this movie again because I know I will cry like a bitch at the end. EVEN THOUGH I KNOW IT STILL ENDS WITH A HAPPY ENDING!
I cried with that ending the three times I watched that movie. I really love how the characters farewell the actor and the character at the same time.pretty sure this thread already happened but ya one of the problems with movies is that you know they're not real so its very difficult for me to trigger that emotional sadness to tear up.
but then there are the rare exceptions because it actually was real.
Try "Grave of the fireflies", seriously. I never cried so loud at the end of a movie.Tears running down cheeks? No. Definitely got misty-eyed on a number of occasions.
"Oh Captain My Captain. "I was almost a kid but i have cried with Schindler's list, edward scissors hands, that movie with robin Williams that he was the teacher ( idon't know the english title) and...what else.....a cinderella tv movie..
Oh Jesus that ones not even fair lol, don’t know how someone can’t get at least choked up by that one. It’s almost comedic bc they made a good movie, but it’s so sad that know one wants to buy or rent it, or watch it streaming or on cable or anything were all just like “yeah nope fool me once you mother fuckers...”Marley and me last week.
I tend to cry more as I get older.
