It's in honor of Dragon Ball Super's Universe Survival arc. There's 12 universes competing in a martial arts tournament, so we get our avatars decked out with the universe number that corresponds with our birth month.
If true (Not implying it is knowing where comes from), I doubt you can provide evidence since the post certainly it's far gone.
Still i've done a bit of research about the guy that posted this on rkappa.
Who knows if he's trying to get out of this mess or actually being legit. Still shitty to fuck someone's reputation like that if not true...
