Rose got damage buffs on EVERYTHING. Her reversal is now completely strike invincible. Her LK drill has more range which gives her damage from punishes. Her U1 was fixed. She always had the ability to juggle soul spiral.

She's like one of the five most buffed characters. You cray cray.

and for those who brought it up, Rose basically got nothing in ultra. A few extra bits of damage on lights, an EX spiral that makes sense compared to the rest of the game and thats it. The character still struggles against her bad matches, and still dominates her good ones, and goes even with the rest as usual.

Rose is the very definition of mid-tier.
