Rose got damage buffs on EVERYTHING. Her reversal is now completely strike invincible. Her LK drill has more range which gives her damage from punishes. Her U1 was fixed. She always had the ability to juggle soul spiral.

She's like one of the five most buffed characters. You cray cray.

Rose got back the damage she had originally from Vanilla so I dont really count that. EX Drill buff is indeed great but also bad on WU so its balanced out. It does help her a ton against shotos. Especially Sagat. And no she got soul spiral juggles in Ultra.
