Why not enough CPU power? I can watch on https://www.twitch.tv/capcomfighters just fine, while http://multitwitch.tv/capcomfighters will show the stream overlay but doesnt start the stream (shows "pause" button)

meanwhile i can watch 4 streams on multitwitch using firefox, problem is only in chrome

Chrome uses more resources.

Only use Multitwitch for multiple streams, don't use it for just a single stream. I can't exactly figure out your problem. Maybe just hit the start button. Some times it doesn't start on it's own.
