Got suckerpunched in the back of the head outside a bar and fell back and fractured my skull off the side of a curb back in June. Was unresponsive for 2 days. Was off work for like 3 months. I just started feeling notmal again last month. Lawyer wants me to go over the video to see if I can pick up on anything on why he might have hit me.

I can only sue if he gets found guilty. Apparently there is a probalem with the video quality and making a possitive ID on the guy. Trial isnt until June and I dont have to go to court because I didnt see anything so at least I dont have to worry about going to court.
