Did they all have a horizontal seam across the back? There's a game on Ebay I'm looking at, but it doesn't have a horizontal seam.

That's what I was thinking.

I was suckered once getting a factory sealed N64 game. The seller used pictures of a factory sealed game, but sold me one that he poorly shrinkwrapped.

Hmmmm. I wouldn't necessarily say this is fake; did all NES games have the horizontally glued seam down the back?

this is definitely 100% fake

there were only a few licensed NES games without the horizontal seam, Batman Return of the Joker and a bunch of the later Acclaim games like Smash TV & Thrilla's Surfari, those didn't have the seam cause Nintendo started letting 3rd parties manufacture their own games
