I'm a tiny bit annoyed that Amazon was telling me the order would arrive on the 16th even though I had initially selected release day shipping. Just did one day shipping for an additional $12 or whatever

Recently Amazon has been really bad with shipping collector's editions. I can't remember the last one I actually got on release day. They mostly seem to come two days later.
Argh, don't say this... I took wednsday and thursday off to play this (and they still haven't even said they are preparing it to ship).
I wonder if this does happen I can get Amazon to give me some credit for the fact it didn't come launch day cause if it doesn't come tuesday I'll just buy a copy at Target and play it while I wait for mine (I'm not going to waste the days off I asked not to have the game to play) and resell it for a loss (some one should buy it for 45-50 dollars).
Mine finally shipped from BB earlier today. There's no tracking yet but it does say expected delivery Tuesday.
If it still says arriving Tuesday, I would worry too much, I've had plenty of things that didn't shop until the days before they were supposed to arrive and they still showed up.

Changing your ship method puts you at risk of not getting it or getting it later. It's treated as canceling and creating a new order which means you just got put at the end of the line.

My buddies already shipped from amazon and has a tracking number but mine hasn't. We're on opposite sides of the country so that might be part of it. Mine still says delivery on Tuesday so I ain't trippin.
Mine's not shipped either. Time to go check my credit card again to make sure it's good. And just checked that and it's good but no charges on it at the moment (including anything from Amazon).
Here's to hoping it's a fluke. I can't believe it has anything to do with location because we live in the same apt complex and while I believe they process in order, don't they ship by area?
Oh well, hopefully it's a lot of me getting antsy about absolutely nothing.

I chatted with Amazon CS a little bit ago to see if I had any need to be concerned. They said it was in the process of being shipped and would be there on release. I was sent this after I got off the chat.

Wish best buy would hurry and ship with a tracking number, because mine is being sent to the wrong address and I need UPS to hold it for me since best buy can't change the address.

Glad I'm not the only one in this boat. Mine at Best Buy has been preparing for shipping since Thursday afternoon.
Also put in an order on Amazon (with Prime) as a backup (or for my brother if they both go through), and it's showing as arriving Thursday, not yet shipped. Very frustrating.

Eh, the status went from being received a week after launch to launch day by 8pm. I'll be in San Francisco that night anyway for a Patreon event, but at least I'll come home to it. Then New York on Thursday, hahaha...
Mine has not shipped yet either.. still says it'll be here tuesday though. Don't fail me now Amazon...

Amazon changed my pip boy order from Tuesday to Thursday due to lack of stock apparently (we know there is no more stock coming back).
Anyway , I chatted with them and they upgraded to one day shipping for free, which should be here on launch day, but their initial reasoning is not giving me confidence.
I can't miss this launch.

Haven't gotten a shipping confirmation yet, but at least its better than nothing.
Lol wtf! Mine doesn't even say that yet... so frustrating.

The problem with the shell in the collector's edition is that you probably won't be able to use it for its intended use as soon as you upgrade your phone. Perhaps the majority or even all purchasers own their phones and won't trade them in the next time they upgrade their phones, but I see that as unlikely with more people moving to lease their phones.

Talked to "Pajat" on the chat last night, he was very unhelpful basically didn't understand that I already had an order and kept telling me it was a low stock item and that if more come up I can order then.

Talked to "Ajit" who acted the same way, I told him this wasn't acceptable as I already have an order from when it went up, with release day shipping. He asked how I would like the situation handled, I said a copy of the regular game for PS4 expedited to me would make it better. He said okay place the order and when it ships he will issue me a refund. Looking now though he also canceled my Pipboy preorder so that isn't coming anymore. Oh well.

If the latter... no offense but I'm hoping that the people you talked to were idiots, wrong, and needlessly cancelled your order because mine hasn't shipped yet. I mean that would be extra frustrating for you if that were true which is why I say no offense. But I say that cause otherwise I'd worry that it might happen to me. And apparently having been one of the first people ordering it is no gaurentee when you ordered yours about the same time as I ordered mine.
Though honestly, that's extra shitty of Amazon if they cancelled yours cause of not enough stock over some one who ordered later. It should at least cancel the people who ordered one last, not random order (and I'm going to guess random order cause if it really was that over ordered that they had to even cancel people who ordered within minutes of announcement then this would be very known and a huge uproar. Because they were selling them for hours after the announcement at least. I know they were still there the next day if I remember correctly.

Not cancelled yet but looking probable, June 15th.
I got on the chat since it hadn't shipped yet and the projected ship date didn't make sense. Now they canceled it.
Mine says it will be here on Tuesday, hasn't shipped yet. It does say "We've got your order" which I assume means I'm in the clear? It originally said like two weeks back November 16th or something silly like that, I chatted with them as soon as I got that and they said they would see if they could fix it/move it up and gave me free shipping and a $5 credit.

I ordered on Amazon, expect to be charged sometime today. I also had the Juggernog Call of Duty ordered through them, and they charged/shipped the day before release. Received the following day, on the release date.

I wouldn't worry about lack of shipping notice yet. Depends on your proximity to stock and the areas UPS schedule for that day. Some of my pre-orders (CEs included) ship at like 5am the day of and they've shipped from up to 6-7 hours away yet still got in by 2-3pm. Some ship two days early and take their sweet ass time to get here at about the same time. All depends on the UPS route that day.
That being said. I ordered mine June 14th and it shipped tonight from SC to come to near Chicago. My Black Ops 3 order shipped at 4am from Indy the day of.

If Game has it listed as shipped, it's packed and ready for delivery on the release date. I recently had a preorder from them and received an email to advise of this - later I had an email to advise that it had been shipped and on that there was a date showing the delivery date (which was the release one) and that's when I got it.
