Yeah that's gross and misguided. And trying to compare it to baby diapers just doesn't work. Usually people who use baby cloth diapers only use the cloth diapers on their own baby, and are not trading it around with everyone else in the house :x Or they pay a professional industrial cleaner service that take the diapers for some hardcore laundering. The costs just don't seem to add up either with the amount of laundering/detergent and chemicals needed to keep the bathroom sanitary.

We have used cloth diapers and wipes for each of our kids. Much cheaper option.
