Having said that, Sony had Rise of the Ronin and Stellar Blade and these were the 4th and 5th best selling PS5 games physically.

Maybe not that much but it still affects it. The biggest games on Switch have digital ratios of 30% - 50%, which is a lot bigger than what the games on 3DS or Wii U. Likewise PS5 will likely have a bigger digital ratio than the Vita

Gacha is likely to be one of the reasons for the low PS5 software. But for Switch it's more to do with the age and poor line up last year, since it had very strong software sales in other years.
