My leagues waiver wire is messed up. They reset each week based on standings.

So i just make whatever claim i can but i dont ever get first shot at anybody.

Have we heard anything about kelce this week ?
I have zach miller on backup but Kelce is a stud

Have the same waiver setting in a league, I like it. The bad teams need more help but it also encourages making more moves and trying to predict or spot a player before they blow up. league I play in where you can sit on a waiver priority is super inactive on the WW. Just my experience and opinion.

Okay to start Ten DEF vs IND over Jax DEF vs LAR?

As someone who had the Titans defense until recently, I wouldn't start their defense against any team with a slightly above mediocre QB. Their secondary is god awful. What they did against the Fins was more about Cutler being ass, than their defense being good.

I got Mack Daddy!

Now to wait and see how the roles in Baltimores offense play out this week. Allen had a good game, but Collins is still trending upwards for me. I expect him to get more points this week in standard.

Thanks, I guess Jacoby is above mediocre.

I'll roll with Jax and hope for some Pick 6s. You can do it, Goff.

Was just offered an interesting deal.

I was offered, in a PPR league, DeVonta Freeman for Lamar Miller & Kelvin Benjamin

My WR: DeAndre, Kelvin, DeSean Jackson, Amendola, Crowder
RB: Lamar Miller, Le'Veon, Ingram, Peterson, Forman

I think Ingram is a great PPR flex now that Peterson is gone. I also benefit with Peterson being the main guy now.

I love the idea of adding Freeman but my WR are average, outside of DeAndre.

that's a big upgrade at the rb position(especially since freeman's bye week is over), but as you said, your wr's are pretty average/awful (to be blunt)

that being said, i'd do it but I feel like you'll have to try and trade ingram for a decent wr

and double post but i dont care

someone just dropped larry fitz in our league(wat)

I know he's not as good in standard as in ppr but this still makes no sense to me

hopefully no one will notice and i'll be able to claim him

Being offered:
Kendall Wright
Will Fuller
Wendell Smallwood

for

Dez
Joe Mixon

Thoughts? I don't really have anyone I'd want to drop since it's 3 for 2. PPR league.

Looks like Eifert might undergo a season ending back surgery.

I have Tyler Kroft and Evan Engram. Who should I start? TE's suck this year :/

I wouldn't take this trade, you're taking a downgrade at the WR position(even though dez's schedule sucks) and while I don't like the backfield situation for the bengals, mixon has more value than smallwood + the fact that you would have to drop someone is just another reason to not take this trade

te's suck every year

i reached for jimmy graham since i didn't want a shit te (and I didn't want to spend a round 2/3 pick for gronk or a ~4 for kelce) and even then I regret spending a round 6 on graham

Thoughts on this trade?

I lose McKinnon, get Dez Bryant.

My RB: Hunt, Doug Martin, DeMarco Murray, Tarik Cohen (sigh)
My WR: Mike Evans, Michael Crabtree, DeVante Parker, Kendall Wright, Cooper Kupp.

Can start 3 WR, 2 RB, 1 WR/RB Flex.

I figure McKinnon is at his highest right now, I had him last year and he sucked. I need a WR with Parker being stuck on the crappy Dolphins.

I'm back on that Josh Gordon hype train after watching the new documentary about him. Tossed away useless Ben and stashed Gordon to the bench again as my extra super wild card.

Can't decide between Pierre Garcon @ Washington or Michael Thomas @ Detroit
I'm leaning toward thomas before he seems to be more of a target for TDs...

Is Josh Norman going to be out? Detroits pass D seems pretty middling I guess?

Thomas vs Slay looks to be pretty rough. I would still take him over Garçon though.

trade offered to me

he has: Zeke/Martavis Bryant
I have: Ayaji/DHop

I'm tempted but I don't know what is going to happen to Zeke with regards to the suspension.

TY would then be my #1 WR. Diggs/Bryant/Rishard Matthews would be my other WRs.

Maybe if I can keep DHop but give him Diggs instead. He also has Doug Martin which I am interested in.

If you take this deal, you're saying you want the safety of the best player in the deal and you're fine divesting from the Texans WR core.

If you don't take this deal, you're saying you're fine with the instability around the Dolphins because you think Hopkins can be started every week.

I think you win if Zeke avoids suspension, but the risks are significant:
- Zeke suspension
- Watson continues to play great
- Dolphins install an offense that can score 20 points a game

What RBs do you have currently besides Ajayi? This is a tough one.

Yeah, I really don't want to give up Hopkins. I feel like that in the long run, he would be better than Diggs. If he will take Diggs, then I would do this trade.

RBs: Ayaji, Gordon, James White, Duke Johnson, Marlon Mack
WRs: DHop, Hilton, Rishard Matthews, Diggs

In one league i took a chance on Kamara and Jags defense(Cincy D on bye). And another league i picked up AP. I'm not sure Smallwood or RKelley is going to suit up

I wouldn’t do it until we know whether the injunction is going to be upheld. I’m pretty high on Hopkins ROS though.

Which has the better long-term prospect: the Texans or Steelers D/ST?

Steelers probably. 2 of the Texans best Defenders are out for the season. (Watt and Mercilus)

I wish I had an extra bench spot to stash Mike Williams since it appears he's making his debut this week. Kind of also want to stash Corey Davis too but i'm going to assume the Titans are going to hold him out until after their bye

I stashed him as well. I'm worried that even if he plays there's too many players that Rivers can throw to, and he won't get enough targets.

Or maybe he's the next Josh Gordon and we look like geniuses.

Hey fantasy-GAF, what do you think of these two match-ups?

Texans Defense (vs. Cleveland)
or
Jaguars defense (vs. the Rams)

Tarik Cohen (@ Baltimore)
or
Marlon Mack (@ Tennessee)

I’m leaning to Mack because Trubisky’s still new, even though Cohen has a higher projection and I’m leaning to the Texans because they’re going against the Browns. I’m a 10 point underdog so I was wondering if it might be better to go with the Jags and hope they have a big day again.

Who wins in this trade?

Mike Evans for Doug Baldwin and Adrian Peterson

Unless it's a deep (16+ team league) and you are SUPER desperate for RB to the point where you would be starting complete dart throws like Mike Tolbert at RB, you want to be on the Evans side. He's a top 3-4 WR, while Baldwin is more in the mid-teens.

Also, Doug Baldwin is on a Bye this week, and Adrian Peterson is going to be the rare player who has 2 bye weeks in one season

So I missed out on streaming a good D this week cause I was low on the waiver order (can't complain too much)

But since I still have two D I was thinking I could drop the one that's benched for a D next week. Does anyone have opinions on who'd be a good D next week? I know Dolphins are playing the Jets and Jaguars are playing the Colts, Jags were taken in the draft and they're not going be dropped ever, but I don't know if Dolphins are really a good pick. Thoughts?

Shit im going back and forth on Alex Collins or Javorious Allen this week. I COULD see the ravens getting a big early lead and running with Collins. Could also see it be a competitive game and Allen getting more catches/runs. Im probably going back and forth on this until Sunday...then regretting my decision on Monday.

I'm somehow rostered with 3 QBs right now, help me pick 2:

Smith
Ryan
Wentz

Obviously Ryan is the weakest link at the moment, but at the same time I wouldn't be surprised to see him pick it up after the bye and/or for Smith to fade.

B. Cooks ain’t done shit except that one week (when I sat him of course) so I’m thinking of putting Funchess out there, despite all the “who should I start” numbers pointing to Cooks. Other receivers are D. Hopkins and J. Nelson so they’re obviously staying.

I just don’t know. Cooks going against Jets but has not been targeted enough - I don’t know what the fuck the point of acquiring him even was for the Pats. Meanwhile Funchess plays tonight against Philly and I just haven’t had good luck playing guys on Thursdays.

What do?

I'm rolling with Jags DST again until they give me a reason to stay away. Dropped them for Detroit last week and got burned. Picked them back off the waiver at 6 and picked up Lutz with ROS intentions. Hopefully kicker and DST are set it and forget it.

I'm starting Collins this week. With Zeke on a Bye week, Collins should at least meet his low projections.

Flex options: Crowell, Gallman, Mike Wallace, Matt Brieda?

Crowell can't be started because he hasnt done anything at all this year
Brieda can't be started because I feel like the "hot-hand" talk was just coverup for Hyde still being injured.

Gallman is the guy but they're playing Denver and Wallace has an awful qb throwing to him so you may as well flip a coin between the two if you ask me
