Everyone loves retro gaming decompilations and retro gaming recompilations, having given us The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask decompilation, the Star Fox 64 decompilation, the Sonic Unleashed Decompilation, the Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon decompilation, The Mario Kart 64 decompilation (and Mario Kart 64 Dreamcast port) and even the San Francisco Rush decompilation...but when I talked about the Fatal Frame decomp recently people went wild for the news! SO here is a big update! Gotta love a good PS2 decomp that turns into a PS2 PC port...not using the PS2recomp tool! Fatal Frame PC port incoming! Because the best way to emulate retro games...is to NOT emulate them lol

The Fatal Frame decomp project has hit 100% and that is amazing! Plus we have demo footage of the Fatal Frame PC port! This is why retro gaming is making a comeback. And right after the Bomberman 64 recomp released and PS2recomp tool keeps making progress

What made it better? I played both version back in the day and the only difference I remember is the Xbox version having slowdowns in places where the PS2 didn't it was a "lazy" port to Xbox with no enhancements afair

More costume, more enemies, new ending. Those technical issues on og hardware you mentioned would be eliminated running on pc.

Lots of new things to showcase since the last video. The decomp reached 100% so now MikuPan has everything implemented gameplay wise, some rendering effects are still missing or are not accurate to the original version. The biggest improvements are audio now working much better and the lighting having an early implementation.
