They increase the coin drop for that specific servants class by about 2. So their very useful for farming coins. The CE's I equipped to my party was 2 Mashu CEs and 3 chocolate boxes for the rider class. I was making about 200 rider coins per run.

Top right and far left would be your best bet, and I think the assassin enemy boost for the 40AP event quest also drops gears too. I just got 2 drops from the last run.
