For me, it just doesn't get any better than the theme song from GI Joe. It's such a rousing anthem. :)

Animaniacs, Freakazoid, Spider-Man (the old school one), The X-Men theme used on the Pryde of the X-Men video (X-MENNNNNN X-MENNNNNN THIS IS THE DAY X-MENNNNNNN COMING YOUR WAYYYYYY), Spongebob, Transformers, Voltron...that's off the top of my head.

A lot have already been mentioned that i liked except...
VEHICLE TEAM VOLTRON (the FIRST Voltron!)!! The song that plays while its transforming or kicking ass. I can only remember some guy stuttering "ma-ma-ma-macho man" or something.
I'm not even sure if the song even went like that and i can't even check because it seems NO ONE REMEMBERS THE SHOW and there aren't any wavs/movies online! =(
