Shenmue felt like just the next step in gaming, when it came out. With world design, voice acting, graphics, story, and content. Back then -- you didn't have to wait too long for the next genuine step up. GTA 3 was about a year and a half later. Feel spoilt looking back on that but then again as a kid I couldn't afford a quarter of the stuff around. Watched from the sidelines.
I always preferred Winterspring myself.I really wish I could go back to the winter of 2004. Damn, 20 years past like a blink.
There's really no words to explain what I feel when I think about that place, or most places in OG FFVII (that will always be superior to any remake, not flooded with useless contents, to make it last longer)... All of this is so perfect, the music, the graphics, the lightning... Even the goofy 3D models... All of it is perfection.
I cant wait to see what MH Wilds is gonna do with its snow area. especially the fact Wilds has much bigger map and gonna have weather effect.Hoarfrost Reach in MHW Iceborne.
