I have to add Langostino...which is more of a california bastardized sushi nigiri, it's just Baked Lobster in a "special japanese cheese sauce" over rice.

I have a hard-on for Langostino right now...

Most Dynamite rolls I've had(at least out here in Cali) consist of Spicy Tuna, Salmon, Yellowtail, or Shrimp, Imitation Crab, & Avocado. Sometimes a red Vietnamese chili sauce is used for extra spice.



But right now I'd prefer the Dynamite roll your sushi bar makes.
