They only increased the prize pool by 19k in August. Since then they've only added another 6k, so sales have continued slowing down obviously. But I think the clarity will help boost sales. I think people will be more supportive since they now know how much is going into the pot and the CPT itself.
I don't think it'll make a huge difference but it'll still help. The current pace probably would have ended around 120k. But with with this news I think they will actually hit their 150k goal.

I wonder if the percentages were never finalized until the package had been out and they got to take a look at the sales. Depending on sales they could then determine what were the best percentages.

It's not hard to crunch the numbers when there's a goal, and they should already know what their production costs are to come up with those figures.
They could have gave a general idea and adjusted based on sales. It would have been nice to have some idea upfront considering how expensive the DLC is, on top of the fact that PC users are screwed out on the colors and titles, on top of the numerous issues surrounding the game and the customers dissatisfied with it.

Got Astral'd for the first set, woke up went on a 6-0 run, then got reverse swept after feeling myself too much... I'm a bit too aggressive at times going in for jDs. Definitely improving as Bullet since December/January. CF Bullet is so much fun.

I swear, there's always something coming from Smash every other week. Good grief, I'm happy I missed out on drama. Those types of drama are never good for anybody.
