MvCi looks to be bombing so hard that you'd be a fool to buy it at full price unless you can't wait a few weeks.

I wonder if the season pass will drop in price too or if it will only be the base game
Huh...totally didn't know any new Arika stuff released. TGS slipped by my on a lot of things apparently. Doctrine Dark is back in fighting games again confirmed
This should make someone here very happy.

When I could get the game early for $50 I knew something had to be wrong but I did not expect it to be this bad.
At least not many people are pulling the digital defence for this
it's cool that we'll all be playing a replacement Marvel and a replacement Street Fighter in less than a year, and both are remarkably madeHuh...totally didn't know any new Arika stuff released. TGS slipped by my on a lot of things apparently. Doctrine Dark is back in fighting games again confirmed

KoFXIV and it's DLC on sale on US PSN.
20$ for the base game if you have PS+. All 4 DLC characters for 10$ if you have PS+.
We say that now.No way they'd cheap out on the production values there.

The steam version for Killer Instinct will probably get a release date tomorrow.

Hell id be happy with a port if nothing else. TvC is its own can of worms though in rwgards to licensing and its frankensteined engine and who is left at eighting who still remembers how it was made. The way it handled shaders was so ridiculous itd be a pain in the ass just dealing with that alone.I wonder if USF2's success relative to MvCi means a sequel to TvC can be greenlighed?
Or even better, Nintendo vs Capcom. No way they'd cheap out on the production values there.
Anyone know if it requires Windows 10 like the UWP version?
I'd be surprised. Its not a DX12 title and I don't think I've seen a steam game with that restriction.Anyone know if it requires Windows 10 like the UWP version?

MvC:I sold less than what people consider to be a update to a base game this year with a strong arcade following in Japan.
Took all of these from http://gematsu.com/ because those were the first pages shown up.
Lost Confused is right, Marvel is anime now.
Marvel always cratered in Japan no?
It's a US game.

Yeah DLC and accessibility don't really factor much into purchasing decisions. Moot points really.there's no sign that this could spell the end of wild DLC practices nor of the general accessibility/THE PREVIOUS GAMES WERE HARD TO GET INTO nonsense so it's not like there's any reason to celebrate really
It seems like it's up to eSports and DLC to recoup the costs of MvCI.
It might just work since it did for SFV. We'll have to see.
You could compare it to other Marvel vs Capcom games. There's absolutely nothing surprising about those Japan numbers. Shit would be like comparing it to CoD first week in the USA. Japan doesn't matter, especially not so for MvC.
I'm not sales-age, but UK + digital numbers spell trouble for the NA numbers. I just have no idea if it will do better or worse than SFV. Used to think slightly better, now I think the game is even more of a joke than I initially anticipated.
Isn't this game supposed to be F2P or something? I guess not on Steam.
