No one as of yet. Unless you have an extremely good Blanka, going with a char you're less familiar with is usually a bad idea. even against someone of my level. A guy tried to counterpick me with Blanka at Evo, I beat him quick then he switched back to Guile then I beat him too, lol.

Steam is probably the best protection against that. Steam is going to last longer than any console it's being sold on, and even if Valve goes under, goes evil, or sells Steam (all of which are pretty unlikely) , cracking can be done.
PC fighting games is the best trend I've seen from this gen so far.

I dont mind getting hit by shotgun combos as they require pretty solid execution. I mean I play fucking Ky as my main and do 50% life combos off like 6 easy ass hits. I can't complain about other characters crap.
