Agreed on the Wesker. I know everyone is upset about Vergil right now, but Wesker still needs some alterations. People are just impatient with him and get killed. There's still only one great Wesker user IMO, and that's Viscant. Every time he plays Wesker I'm like "Ohhhhh, so that's why he needs nerfs". Otherwise it's just XF4 teleport mashing faster than the eye can comprehend. Viscant would have a real competitor if he would just drop Phoenix.

Marvel's been able to stay above 50 every week(mainly 60+ I think). But AE has normally been in the mid 30s to mid 40s the past couple of months. But AE jumped from 45 last week to 68 this week. I think Mago definitely played a small part in that.

VF5 is way too technical and no frills to ever have a "crazy" amount of people interested in watching. You could pretty much say that for any 3D fighting game, they just don't have the appeal that the more accessible 2D fighting games have. That's why 3D fighting games have struggled to make a prescence in the FGC.

It's a bit of a stretch to say 3D fighters are struggling. VF is still quite popular in Japan and is gradually gaining in popularity in the US and elsewhere (though whether or not it will be sustained is anyone's guess). Tekken is in a bit of a lull outside of Asia from what I can tell, but Tekken 6 is pretty long in the tooth and the scene will probably be revitalized when TTT2 comes out. The only 3D game that I would say is struggling is SCV, and a lot of that is the SC community's fault.

his wesker is a really heavy zoning wesker and he will run the time out just taking shots at you. its really annoying and zoning wesker is pretty damn good but you hardly ever see people use him that way.

I did that just now. There's a clip of a Pokemon tournament that I forgot I participated in (and won), a handful of matches of AE with most of them being old and of me getting bodied, and Dissidia matches.

Because Snake Eyez sent Mago to loser so Mike had to play Snake in winner semis.

Justin put Valle into loser so Mike had to play Justin in winner finals, with Justin using Adon.



So basically Mike luck out two straight times in a row.

Then of course Mago eliminate Online Tony, Valle, Snake Eyez, and Justin. So in reality Mike only had to beat Snake Eyez, and Justin using Adon to get into grand finals and now Mago to win.
