Wolverine is definitely close to mid tier. When you add an assist like tatsu to his gameplay, that's when he shines so it's pretty accurate and that's why I agree with seth killian when he said single character tier lists aren't very accurate. But Dante at mid tier? What the fuck is he smoking?

Viscant knows his Haggar is ass and he has seen other Haggars play. It wouldn't change the fact that on his team his Haggar is just an assist. Assistless Haggar is bad, Haggar with assists is scary against a lot of popular teams.

yeah you have to build a team around haggar to make the most of his tools and damage. i'm lucky taskmaster and hawkeyes assists work really well with him and lets me get a huge amount of damage with him. haggar can't do too much off of wesker and phoenix. yeah he can use weskers otg assist but he then doesn't have a projectile assist to let him get in. phoenix has one but its too dangerous to use it all the time. i don't think umvc3 haggar works well with viscants team.
