Their gear doesn't look Allagan at all so it's unlikely. But on the subject of gear, it does look similar to something we discovered near the end of Endwalker...

I have a theory but I'm not going to post it here in the trailer thread where new players can potentially be spoiled.... instead I'll post it in the OT.
