Where can i find my bookmarks?
i want to do a clean install but dont lose my history and bookmarks

Control+Shift+B just look for import/export, always test it after you export to make sure it worked, delete a few easy BM you usually go to, and then import you fresh BMs you just made and see if those sites returned to your BM.

Is there a way to save tabs when closing the program?

Since I installed this latest version, it warns me that I'll be closing multiple tabs but never asks if I want to save them for when I next open FF...

Do you use the default home page? There's an image below the search bar to restore the previous session. Otherwise the History menu has "Restore Previous Session".

Actually, all your tabs should be there when you open the browser.

Firefox > Options > General (Tab) > When Firefox Starts > Show my windows and tabs from last time.

1. Type about:config at the address bar and hit enter.

2. Click the “I’ll be careful, I promise!” button

3. At the filter bar, type browser.showQuitWarning and hit enter.

4. You can either double click on it to change the value from false to true, or right click on it and select Toggle.

Hey GAF,

Is there any way to get rid of the empty space between the bookmarks and the tabs if I place the former in the navigation (tabs) bar? It really bothers me =(

It currently looks like this:

I use Firefox. I switch between Chrome and Firefox every few months but right now I'm using Firefox.

I don't like Internet Explorer and I never use it.

I noticed something different in the Nightly build. Could it be that the font issue has been resolved?

I know it's hard to tell, especially since I never had the huge problem with the fonts, but it's less blurry to me.

I've never had a problem with the fonts either but there seems to be noticeable issues with cleartype on the one labeled Fx7, while the other one looks perfectly fine.

Has Mozilla just released Firefox 5? o_O

Yesterday at home I got notice about updating to FF5 beta, but today, at work, the browser just asked me to download "Firefox 5"; no mention about it being a beta version, even in the "About Firefox" window.

They were inspired by Chromes stupidity of a new number every week >_>

It's not every week but every six weeks. AFAIK, Firefox 5 is still in Beta but will release sometime this month.

I'm seeing huge amounts on rainbow pixels around the edges of those fonts.

The problem I have with Firefox 4 is that the subpixel rendering doesn't use the ClearType settings that you choose using Windows and there doesn't seem to be any way to change it at all. The only way to get rid of it is by disabling hardware acceleration.

Firefox 6.0+ will by default use GDI rendering (the old method) for some fonts.
