Oh come on you see challenges like that week in week out and not always do you see a straight red.

Suarez went down really easily as well.

No you really don't see that every week only giving a yellow and when you do it's a mistake (like in that Arsenal game not too long ago where they were allowed to play on). After the book it's a red every time, if it's a foul in that position. Of course he went down easily, but he was pulling Suarez.

Just don't understand how anyone following football can question that.

I really feel for Newcastle on this one. They deserved the lead and it's gonna be really hard for them in the second half.

Yanga Mbiwa just isn't good enough. Isn't he actually an FM monster, though? Could just be inexperience.

This is the kind of situation where when it happens for United I start fuming and coming up with conspiracy theories. A good plucky performance by the underdogs puts them ahead and then knocked back and crippled by a shitty mistake.

Rumour going around about Carrick being injured.

You guys are so fn' good at hiding injuries and form, like when RPV had been injured for days a couple of weeks ago without anyone knowing.

Pellegrini basically gives out all information in every pre-match conference, wish he would sometimes just say "we'll wait and see" or "IDK".

No excuses now, have to win. Unless we're stupid enough to get one of our's sent off

Sturridge has been brass until that pass, I'm fast falling out of love with Moses. Sakho's been good imo. Wonder if the shape of Skrtel's head effects the misdirection he gets on his headers.

Wingback system didn't really work, especially on the left. It relies on the CMs and CBs being comfortable enough to hold onto the ball until the time is right to get the wingbacks involved, and that isn't the case. Allen may help there, hopefully.

It's funny how we have gone from a team that was know for having a world class midfield to it been the weakest part of how team. I hope January brings us a big signing to eliminate this issue.

Tonton Zola Moukoko, Kennedy Bakircioglü and Cherno Samba were monsters in FM/Champs manager too.....

Moses was great for the first 15-20 minutes. Then he started giving away the ball on several occasions. Then again, passing has been sloppy all around. They need to pick up the slack for the second half.

Only explanation is that Moyes has a fantasy football team and wants people to use injured players.

Surely one of the greatest pictures involving a football.

Well, Coutinho is injured and he's no doubt the right quality.

But Gerrard, Masch and Alonso was second only to Barcelona at the time.

Second? Nah, it was stronger, back then was before Busquets had really come through and Yaya was never much of a DM for them

Didn't Masch have a pretty hard time for a while at Liverpool?

In 08/09, Alonso played the best season of his life, as did Gerrard. Mascherano was very, very good as well. Mascherano was never a problem, he varied between 'best pure DM in the world' and 'good DM.'

The way he left clouds some people's judgement of his time at Liverpool, but he went about it in the way I'd expect anybody to. He'd already given us an extra season and assumedly been told he'd be allowed to leave.
