I don't mind having the time off, just took me off-guard that they asked me that lol.Weird. As I said, its up to you whether to take it or not. Firstly, make sure he asks you before he puts it on the schedule, and secondly, stand your ground if you want the work and money. They can't make you take time off without pay.
We've been over hours as well over the last 3 weeks, think the opening of Lidl and Tescos nearby is killing my store. Our little horse is struggling.
