don't get me wrong. I agree with everything you say. I'm sounding like a broken record player but Rummenigge is destroying this club form within like cancer.
every decision he made since hoeneß' arrest lead to our misery right now. ancelotti was the worst possible coach for the phase we are right now. I said this many times before.

I'm looking forward to November though when we have our annual general meeting.
Club members will be vocal.

That's harsh on Matip. Makes up so much ground. Has to be careful to not foul him. Makes the tackle...inadvertently helps him score.

A few reasons:

City officials are shit at getting people into the stadium so the beginning is often a bit sparse.

It is usually raining and the amenities inside the stadium are plentiful, diverse and enough room for most of the fans to stand inside and have a beer until the game starts (can't take beer onto the terraces).

If mancunian way has heavy traffic or roadworks (notorious for it the last few years) it really messes up every other road in the centre so people driving will usually be massively delayed. If it's Alan Turing Way that has traffic or roadworks you may as well have just stayed at home if driving.

Not many people went to the Champions League games in the early days which is what most international fans will have watched, its getting better but the crowd is significantly different than a standard weekend.

Two of the main corporate hospitality seating areas are directly across from the cameras and you have much better seating inside with food, warmth, drinks and can watch the half time TV coverage so they are usually empty unless football is being played.

The bright blue seats really stand out compared to the darker colours people wear (seats were made darker this year).

The emptyhad is catchy, easy to remember and perfect for a hashtag.

It actually has one of the highest attendance in the league and police confirm the official numbers recorded which can't be said of all clubs.

Wow, that's a pretty thorough explanation! Much obliged! :)

Also the last bit makes sense, whenever I catch a match there (for the League anyway) it's always super packed, the idea that they have no fans makes no sense in my mind.

Also, sorry Liverpool fans. As soon as I tuned into the match, Newcastle scored. My bad.

They have to replace Ribery now.
Everyone knows Coman will never be that player.
Sanchez is free next summer, but still not a solution for years. Robben might quit too, so there are only Gnabry and Coman left. I honestly don't know a top winger that is available for less than 100m.

They should drop 30m this winter for Sanchez. There is absolutely no reason to wait until summer since he can play in the Champions League and significantly improve this team. Then try to drop 100m on a proper winger like Griezzman come summer time.

You know, if they weren't the cheapest management on the planet.

It was actually good that the team drew 2-2 tonight. This way, they can't relay the blame on the coach. Man, what a frustrating draw... a draw, a humiliating loss, another draw. 7 goals conceded. This is the worst form of Bayern since LvG's first season until the Juve game in November.

Tuchel if he comes before touching the offense needs to bring this to fundamentals. Sort out team defense, cut out the multiplying individual mistakes, etc.

I wish they would open their eyes but those old asses live in their own reality and still rate our squad as world class. I don't know if Sanchez wants to go from Arsenal to Arsenal.

lmao

I think Sanchez and a top winger would put this team back to where they need to be, but you're right. He might not see the upside to it...

Griezzman is coming to PL mate.

The first half is a microcosm of Liverpool right now. Absolutely dominant. Playing some great football. Score wondergoal. Concede an absolutely bullshit goal when they don't even seem interested in scoring. Rinse repeat.

It was such a bad goal to concede. Like, we could probably put Gayle up front and just hoof balls in to him if it's going to be that easy. What's with Liverpool piling all their players forward?

Did you guys see the Joselu replay? He takes a year thinking of what he should do. Matip literally scored it for him.
