That MOTM curse is real

Seriously debating whether or not I should go to West Brom now...

Also, lol at the media already getting salty about having to put the daggers away

Vied for a tag related to cocks, so here it is.
Disappointed 'cause we were looking more promising in the 2nd half, was starting to look like we might be able to get something out of it. Scoreline probably reflected the first half a bit, Caroll quietened down a bit in the 2nd but 1st half he was clearly trying to make an impact and was doing a good job of it, keep fit and he's gonna be crucial for West Ham this season.

Manager of the Month strikes again :p

Antonio and Carroll we great tonight. Obiang needed that goal to help solidify his selection, he's a class player, and Bilić subbing off Hernández was justified with Ayew's goal too. Defence didn't look shite for once and it's pretty typical of us to concede 10 goals in 3 games and then keep a clean sheet. We need to make the Olympic Stadium a fortress this season.

Southampton will be fine.

Pellegrino is known as a manager that likes to have his teams competent at both 5/3 at the back and a traditional four. I imagine it will take sometime for the squad to get used to such a flexible system after playing rigid, boring football for the last year.

Tony Gale said:
It's interesting, the reaction of the keeper, down for five minutes. Tom Heaton dislocated his shoulder and is waving to the crowd. Tom's a proper man.

ederson should be ashamed of himself and follow t he example of Heaton, a proper and true British gentleman

damn foreigners

edit: I see tony gale has already been shred to pieces here, my apologies.

Costa will probably play and sturaro has always been useful in games like this, plus we need someone that can came from the bench and change the game like berna,it makes sense.

I see Sturaro usefullness. But not as a winger bruh. He is defensive midfielder. Let the winger played on their position please Allegri.

Fox Sports has the the United/Basel match on their main channel instead of Barca/Juve. It's bad enough we have to put up with their fucking horrendous commentary team but come on.

Today we watch the unleash of Lindelof. Paired with Smalling that is going to be a pairing to remember.

Can't wait!

I mean,it's not like mandzukic is a proper winger himself,he's almost another mid when he plays in that position, anyway it seems that bentancur will start so no sturaro

Saw this text by a Crystal Palace insider, explaining the situation with Frank de Boer. Can't of course say that it's the truth, but it fits several lose pieces that have leaked before, and makes sense.

1. In May Parish met Big Sam to discuss transfers only to be left stunned at Sam wanting to leave.

2. Immediately the board made contact with Marco Silva who was making noises to force Watford's hand. We were keen but Watford had made strides in securing silva. It was never an option.

3. Pellegrino was then our number 1 choice. He had a great interview, was a good fit and worked with Sammy Lee before. The board wanted to appoint him but he was waiting on Southampton offer.

4. Dyche agent was keen for talks but palace had their man in Pellegrino. Meanwhile, FDB's agent made his move.

5. Parish set up interview and was impressed with the Dutchman who claimed he'd alter our playing style over time. Despite being impressed Pellegrino was first choice.

6. Pellegrino went to Southampton. Time was ticking and a decision had to be made.

7. FDB appointed.

8. Immediately FDB ripped up system and started working on 343. The players weren't comfortable. Training sessions saw u23 beat first team time and again. FDB could not understand why professional footballers couldn't understand his system and started alienating key individuals, including Joel ward who he said he'd sell on the Friday and then played him wing back against Huddersfield the following day, despite playing Townsend there in all pre-season games. Other players were getting restless too. FDB's relationship with Luka Milivojevic (last seasons great success in the januari transfer window) completely broke down.

9. Board massively concerned after Huddersfield defeat. FDB promised to go to a back four at home to Swansea. Training before the game suggested so until he went 343 last minute much to the exasperation of players and board.

10. During transfer negotiations FDB went missing and was completely clueless. Dougie Freedman appointed to help on that score.

11. After meeting Dougie and Parish FDB offered no assurances about playing style. Knowing he was in a vulnerable position he went to 433 at Burnley and despite losing the team played better. This only infuriated the board further as it was clear had FDB promised to deliver what he said in the summer we wouldn't be in this mess. Parish and board decided it wasn't going to work and sacked him.

Hmmm Barca v Juve or Celtic v PSG. Can't decide.

If I didn't support City tomorrow would be a much harder choice. Tottenham v Dortmund, RB Leipzig v Monaco, Liverpool v Sevilla.

Hmm, I have only United - Basel on cable. That's a damn shame, I would rather see PSG, Bayern and Barca-Juve.

Does Sky still do the multicast with all the games?

If I had a heart or soul, I might feel bad for Anderlecht today. With the shitshow that's been happening with Bayern, I expect a really rough night for them. Time to spread them cheeks Anderlecht.

watch them tie 1-1 because of this post

Don't feel bad for Anderlecht. They are absolutely awful and deserve every trashing they get. They are likely to finish bottom with 0 points and 0 goals scored.

That's the thing mate, I don't. I watch with the fam sometimes and they feel bad when it's 4-0 or something those lines.. they say that's enough, I tell I want more goals. Then they turn at me with

and I turn back at them with

There is no comparison between Mandzukic or Sturaro though lol. Mandzukic also for how lacking his pace, is compensating a lot with his grinta and tons of defensive move just like a defensive midfielder.

But if Bentacur start, i am going to scream in happiness lol.^_^

I'm in Manchester with a few hours to kill. Is the national football museum worthwhile? Or does it just say how the football league started in 1992?
