I guess it's hard to say because their situations are entirely different, but the goals he's scoring this season are simply incredible. If Jones was ever going to get sacked it would have been before Christmas, when we were losing week after week. Mandaric really put an end to some of the myth about him being a trigger happy Chairman, at a time when everybody around us and even many above were changing managers, we got the reward for sticking with ours. If the season started in December we might have been talking about promotions today rather than survival, and in any other season 58 points would have put us just shy of the play-offs. It's just been that sort of season in the Championship this year.
Jones can absolutely stay for me. Mandaric is getting on now but seems really keen to finish the job here, which hopefully means we can expect him to spend some cash in the summer..

I've been watching Wednesday far too long to expect promotion, but you just don't know in this division. If Mandaric decides he wants to spend some money then who knows? The Championship is such a mental division. We could spend and end up going down, haha.

Best by far especially given his age and future trajectory. RVP probably second due to how clinical he is. Like Bale, when you need a goal he is a player who will make it happen. Suarez is quite close to RVP.
