Right so this might be a bit of a hard request but I hope someone can make me an avatar of the following:
I want a new avatar to feature Krauser (on the left), Grant (in the middle) and Kagami (the right) using any of these sprites-

Just usual avatar crop, but try and get a bit of the dog in there as well. Could you flip it too? Gotta be facing right!
Just lose the blank space to the right so it's squared up.
No nonsense crop.

Hello fine people. I'm looking for some more variants to the hair of my avatar. If you'd like some examples of what has been done before look here.

Since I got nothing to do today I might have a crack at some of these requests.
Do you have a "blank" (as in the hair is not already filled in with a space image) version of the image? It doesn't matter if you don't but if you do it would make things a bit quicker.
Did you want the whole image fit into avatar form? Or a specific part of the image?
Can someone please remove the white background from this image and turn into a gaf avatar.

Here's my attempt.
I tried to make it normal sized/square sized but it just doesn't turn out all that great.
This is the only one that turned out "okay" though it's a bit undersized.
This one was a big simpler:

Was too tired to do it before, but I've gained some energy after coffee and dat new Member status (yay).
My chihuahua-cross was once stung by a bee (or maybe it eat one too), the swollen eyes panicked me at first but soon realized what had happened.
Bit cheeky ;P
Looks nice. Had to crop it as there's no way to include everything without making it minuscule.
Afraid not, my current avatar is probably the blankest one I have.

Semi complicated request so I'm not expecting anything anytime soon. haven't decided how I'd like to crop it so I hope you guys don't mind the full size image.
The main thing is I don't know how to go about getting just the character and making the background transparent. I can probably manage cropping and flipping to have her face the right on my own though tips/examples on how to best do those would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
