Just a tip: jpegs can be quite artifacted, it's best to upload with a lossless format like PNG.

As for transparency everyone does it differently, I often use different layers which doesn't make it any easier for complex requests but I enjoy the challenge sometimes.

Also since the picture you had was a bit troublesome (the GTA logo is in the way) I ended up looking for a bigger image.
