EDIT: I dont get why the transparency doesnt work :/

Save it as a .png instead of .jpeg. That's usually the reason for me.

I like what you did with the shadow, but can I see what it looks like on the other side of the head?

Also, it seem there is a transparent space at the bottom left corner of the picture and the bottom border is larger than the others.

Can you move the picture to the left in his frame and a one pixel border on all sides?
