Wondering if somebody could make the background transparent, and if possible, leave the yellow marks in as well. Should scale down comfortably close to forum avatar dimensions as well. Thanks in advance if somebody decides to do that for me.

Reverse request, if I may:

When adding a pic to a gif/video, is there a way to make the added pic track smoothly? I do it manually frame by frame, but the result is always jittery. I see some very smooth gifs being done. Searching online threw me into all kinds of slightly different topics than what I need. For example, this is a gif I did with the jittery tracking:

I thought I'd ask here since there are some nifty photoshop users here.

Sorry that the transparent version doesn't look too great. The heavy lighting and hair blowing in the wind didn't help any.
