You're better finding the original source, as apart from the panning of the camera the pose by the start/end is missing frames that would a more pleasing transition.

Yeah you're right, it doesn't lend itself well to an avatar. If it isn't much to ask, how about this one? Maybe a small avatar focused on Jam's face and hand?

I've already tried and came up with my current avatar (See below), but even after compressing it further, when uploaded it downsized further and lost some quality.

Rounded Rectangular dimensions are preferred but Square dimensions are fine too, as long as all 3 characters remain visible.
